**OUR INDUSTRY-LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE**
- _**$19.00 to $21.50 an hour for Mover Drivers (before tips)**_. _Paid $16 + tips during training. *Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more, depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude._
- _**Tips: average $1000 to $1500+ per month **_(approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more)
- _**Total Hourly Pay for Mover Drivers (with tips): $23.00 to $29.00+ an hour**_
**ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA**:
- Must have prior Professional Moving & Driving experience.
- Excellent customer service skills. This is one of the most important keys to success.
- Must have a clean background and a valid Driver's License.
- Must have reliable means of transportation to get to/from 77008.
This is a physically demanding job. If you're not for hard work and sometimes long hours, this may not be the job for you.
