Lead Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee sales activities, ensuring targets are met and client needs are addressed.
- Manage and develop client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the installation team with technical expertise in glazing and window/door installation.
- Perform deliveries of products to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with repairing and adjusting doors and windows as required, including warranty work.
- Facilitate the installation of doors and windows, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
- Change out insulated glass units from windows as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, work performed, and materials used.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, glazing, and window/door installation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
