Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of camp operations including guest check-in, activities scheduling, and staff supervision
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth camp operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Train, mentor, and supervise camp staff to deliver outstanding guest service
- Maintain camp facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, hotel, or resort management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations effectively
