Home Instead Kokomo offers flexible scheduling options and the ability to learn while you earn
We have shifts that can fit most types of availability.

Our Caregivers (we call them Care Professionals) work directly with clients where ever they call home.
We assist with daily living activities including meal prep, transportation, medication reminders as well as personal care like grooming bathing and dressing.

You have the ability to build a schedule that supports full or part time.
Most clients will schedule inside of the following time

**Morning shifts**: 8am-12pm
**Afternoon shifts**: 12pm-4pm
**Evening shifts**: 4pm-8pm
**Overnight shifts**: 8pm-8am (The next day)

We are looking for individuals to serve seniors during all shifts; days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, overnights - we have it all Our custom scheduling model allows you to set your own availability and build a schedule that works with your busy lifestyle We can't accomplish our mission without our dedicated Caregiver Team. Do you fit the requirements to become a Caregiver?
- Have a passion for caring for others
- Enjoy working with seniors
- Ability to assist clients in their home with activities of daily living
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
