Host/Hostess Position Summary:
Guiding guests through menu selections to customize and enhance their dining experience both in person and over the phone
Executing on thorough knowledge of modifications needed to match guests' dietary needs
Maintaining service standards and consistency through high volume
Consistently keeping work areas cleanly and in compliance with sanitation requirements
Seating guests efficiently in a limited space
Communicating to FOH and management team about guest needs and inquiries
Answering the phone and greeting guests with a constant friendly disposition
Entering and sorting reservations
Entering, retrieving, and following up on takeout orders
Adhering to company rules and regulations
Must be willing to work as a team even outside of your position's responsibilities (ie. bussing tables, running food, etc.)
The desire to progress to a serving position a plus

Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for great food and serves with care and consistency
Personable and professional demeanor
Timely and responsible
Willing to work as a team even outside of your position’s responsibilities
Must be able to lift 15lbs

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
