**NATURE OF WORK**:
Performs varied, complex administrative work of above average difficulty which involves complicated and varied procedures or work methods in support of park events and rentals. Responds to inquiries about park rentals and events; meets with potential clients and provides site tours; assists clients through the booking process. Ensures that clients have all necessary permits and insurance for their event. Provides day-of oversight of the event and clean-up. Enforces rules and regulations regarding rental and event use of the park. Provides support to Event Coordinator and other park staff.
- **WORK HOURS**: Weekend availability and occasional evenings required.

**Minimum Requirements**:
High school diploma plus two (2) years clerical/secretarial experience **required**; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Typing speed of 30 CWPM **required**. Must pass a physical, drug test and a criminal background check. Driver license maybe required depending on area of assignment. Back ground check **required**.

**Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently.**

Typing Test Information:

- Tests are administered by invitation only.
- Applicants will have (3) three days from the date of the invitation to complete the test. Tests may be completed virtually or onsite.
- Applicants are allowed **one opportunity to pass the typing test within a posting period or any given 30 days. Scores are valid for one year**

**Supplemental Information**:
**City of Orlando Benefits**
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree
