Responsibilities and Duties
- Demo
- Light electrical (Installing switches/ outlets/ faceplates etc...)
- Light plumbing (Installing angle-stops, p-trap, sweating copper lines, etc...)
- Cabinet installation
- Drywall hanging/ finishing
- Painting
- Framing
- Roll up door Installation
- Gate automation and access control
- Concrete (setting forms and finishing)
- Knowledge of construction and construction site safety practices
- Basic tools (tape measure, hammer, hand tools...etc.)
- At least 3 years on site commercial construction experience

Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience performing work on commercial projects
- Knowledge of concrete and construction
- Knowledge of the proper operation of hand tools
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift equipment and materials
- Be able to pass a background check
- Ability to travel to remote jobsite

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
