IT Asset Management Analyst

This position will be located at our beautiful Deerfield Beach, FL campus and requires 3 days a week onsite.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define asset-tracking processes, policies, and procedures to drive compliance with IT and Corporate standards.- Participate in integrating asset management with other business functions and systems. Implement and refine repeatable processes and controls that demonstrate quality and regulatory compliance.- Ensure delivered solutions enable the organization to manage the IT asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost, control, IT governance, compliance, and business performance objectives.- Ensure that all hardware and software assets are recorded, track inventory, manage lifecycle and monitor terms and conditions of software licenses.- Manage and support the complete ITAM Lifecycle - interfacing ITAM tools and processes with other tools.- Stays informed of new and updated software license models and options for key manufacturer products.- Oversee the documentation of all Software management processes.- Serve as point of contact for software audits, promoting timely review and feedback to management.- Develop an audit process and routinely assess the performance of the asset management program.- Provide asset management training and guidance.- Perform internal software audits identifying potential risks to the organization.- Report status of current asset management processes to management.- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5 years' IT Asset Management Experience- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Experience. ServiceNow Pro (HAM) (SAM) a PLUS.- Hardware and Software data quality and analysis- Integration of IT Asset Management products such as ServiceNow, Intune and Tanium.- Experience with Asset Management tools and technologies. ServiceNow Utah or higher a PLUS-
- IT Asset Management Best Practices- Knowledge of product use rights for key publishers such as Oracle, Citrix, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, etc.- Familiarity with hardware technology and configurations including virtualization.- Industry certifications a plus: ServiceNow System Administrator, ITIL v4 Foundation and/or advanced ITIL certifications, IAITAM Certification.- Proficient in productivity software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)- Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation with ability to communicate at various levels within the organization and external parties.- Self-directed, highly motivated individual who can skillfully balance a diverse workload with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
