We are seeking a motivated and health-conscious Sales Associate/Cashier to provide exceptional service to our customers. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling product inquiries, and processing sales transactions with a friendly and knowledgeable approach. You will play a crucial role in our mission to inspire and educate our customers on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure that the sales floor is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Help in maintaining a safe and orderly environment for both staff and customers.
- Participate in periodic team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong interest and understanding of health and nutrition.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in nutritional science or a related field is a plus.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to [X lbs].

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
