**Pay Rate**: $28 - $35 per hour

**Scope**:
We are seeking experienced Access Control/Intrusion Technicians who are adept at:

- Installing and maintaining access control systems
- Working with door strikes and mag locks/keyless entry systems
- Routing cables efficiently and effectively
- Performing panel work
- Installing, cabling, mounting, and programming CCTV systems

**Tools/PPE**:

- Full set of telecom tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

**License/Certifications (preferred)**:

- ADT Commercial Certification (preferred)
- Access Control Certifications (Brivo, Lenel) (preferred)
- OSHA 30 (required)
- Lift Certification (preferred)
- COMPTIA (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain access control systems
- Work with door strikes and mag locks/keyless entry systems

- Travel to job sites as required, primarily within the Greater Houston area

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Access Control/Intrusion Technician
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, door strikes, mag locks, and keyless entry systems
- Proficient in routing cables and performing panel work
- Experience with CCTV installation, cabling, mounting, and programming
- Full set of telecom tools, hand tools, and power tools
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- ADT Commercial, Brivo, Lenel, Lift Certification, and COMPTIA certifications (preferred)
