Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain accurate guest records using computerized systems
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with event planning and coordination as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and computerized reservation systems
- Knowledge of medical office or dental office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset

Pay: $12.00 - $19.80 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
