Pm Dispatcher

**PM Dispatchers** are responsible for dispatching, scheduling, and coordinating the logistics of service calls for our HVAC Service Technicians. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different clients and field employees simultaneously. **This position is remote but will require a schedule of 4:00 PM-midnight EDT four days per week, Saturday required.**

**WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU**:

- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Receive and dispatch service requests by prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance.
- Monitor the route and status of field units and provide them with information about service requests, site history, material locations, and service requirements.
- Enter data in a computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
- Assist Client Management with customer escalations by providing prompt replies and scheduling emergency service.
- Purchase materials needed for service requests on technician's behalf, ensuring purchase logs are updated and turned in.
- Ensure service tickets are updated after technicians have completed repairs.
- Monitor and update the statuses of work requests.

**WHAT SETS YOU APART**:

- High school education or GED; Associates and/or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of dispatcher experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Proven flexibility and dependable performance.

Helios Service Partner determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18 to $25/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
