**Basic**
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any discipline
- A self-motivated with a high level of ownership & able to manage personnel and provide guidance to a team where appropriate.
- Excellent Conversational skills and ability to deliver on time with quality
- Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

**Preferred**
- At least 8-10 years of experience in **Siemens Teamcenter**, with strong Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge, coordination with offshore development teams and Customer Management skills
- Data Modeling and Migration experience.
- Expert in **Configuration & Building solutions on Teamcenter** to meet business process and customer requirements
- Expert in **Teamcenter customization** involving ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Rich Client plugin & AWC
- To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of large and medium sized complex project through monitoring, tracking & control
- Lead overall project development, production support and maintenance activities
- Prepare and update necessary documentation and assist in developing and maintaining system documentation
- Experience in implementation and support for Teamcenter solutions like BOM Management, Change management, Security modules including SSO/LDAP Integration, Material Management IMM, TcRA, Substance Compliance, Teamcenter Manufacturing etc
- Experience in building functional and technical specification documents using latest tools like JIRA, Azure Cloud, Confluence
- Experience in Teamcenter deployment on Cloud Solution like AWS, Azure, Google
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter & AWC latest architecture
- Knowledge in install/sysadmin/troubleshooting with integrations on SAP, Oracle, MES System, MCAD & ECAD
- Serve as the SPOC for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates.
- Previous migration experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP or MES systems.
- Having good understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and database schema of BOM, document management, change management, manufacturing planner
- Well versed with Agile project methodology and Sprint wise delivery
- Knowledge in MES Applications will be added advantage.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
