- 1. Provide mail-processing support for the onsite client registry Monday through Friday between 7am and 4 pm;
- 2. Strong computer and customer service skills
- 3. Knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially, Word and Excel
- 4. Knowledge of Adobe and understanding file conversions.
- 5. Knowledge of client guidelines for physical distribution of mailings; courier deliveries; etc.
- 6. Ability to follow standard operating procedures, think independently, and use sound judgement, but know when to ask questions.
