**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Clubhouse Front Desk Receptionist

General Summary:
Heritage Palms has over 1000+ homes, serving a blended community of 55+ members. Heritage Palms prides itself in exceptional tailored customer service for each member. The clubhouse Receptionists is the heart of the house, being responsible for greeting members and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing member questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing clerical duties as needed. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Welcome member in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions members have.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including postage machine, copy machine, and a computer.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Maintain the general office filing system.
- Take and confirm reservations for events and dinners.
- Will be Hostess for events and dinners at clubhouse restaurant.
- Must be able to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests.
- Perform other relates duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

- Mandatory to work Holidays and weekends, nonnegotiable.
- Must have a flexible schedule, work evenings & mid-day shifts.
- Punctuality strong in attendance.
- Previous 2 year receptionist experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
- Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to perform well in a

fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
