**Schedule & Compensation**:
Thursday-Sunday (4 day work week)

6 am-4 pm (includes a paid lunch break)

Benefits: Employees are eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision) after 60 days of employment.

Wage: $15/Hour/Bi Weekly Pay

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure overall cleanliness of warehouse (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc)
- Clean and detail bathrooms as well as refilling bathroom supplies.
- Clean common areas (lobby, hallways, vacuuming, dusting, mopping)
- Cleaning break rooms (sinks, fridges, appliances, refilling paper products and plastic utensils, wiping down tables)
- Office cleaning (emptying trash, dusting chairs/computers, wiping down desks)
- Scrubbing floors using walk behind floor scrubber. (As needed)
- Special projects as assigned by direct supervisor or client.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.

**Requirements**:

- Focused attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies.
- Effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn & be coachable.
- Positive attitude

**Experience/Skills**:

- Prior cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and lift constantly.
- **Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get to work.**:
