Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Schedule appointments for clients efficiently and accurately
- Maintain client records and update appointment schedules
- Provide information about services and products to clients
- Assist in upselling products or services during appointments

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Sales experience or aptitude for upselling is beneficial

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
