Ar Specialist

Graham C-Stores Co is seeking to fill a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist position in Wadsworth, IL.

**Responsibilities: : (Includes but not limited to)**
- Retreive credit card data from websites
- Verify AP/AR credit card daily import
- Process fuel supplier’s daily EFTs
- Retrieve fuel supplier’s non-fuel billing and code accordingly for processing to dealer’s accounts
- Process daily banking activity to dealers
- Match and post fuel supplier’s invoices
- Process all fuel brand chargebacks
- Post and monitor dealer loans receivable
- Audit paperwork from company sites
- Will cross-train with all other AR tasks in the departmentStore Auditing
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Research discrepancies
- General Office

**Qualifications**:

- Strong accounting background, associate degree preferred
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must be team-oriented
- 2+ years’ experience in AR

Pay: From $45,760.00 per year
