**Role Overview**: As a Lead Manager, you will be the first point of contact with homeowners, playing a crucial role in our success. Your energy, enthusiasm, and drive to learn will help you excel in this fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for those who are natural leaders, persuasive communicators, and innovative thinkers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact with homeowners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Assist in negotiating and closing sales contracts.
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of investors.
- Analyze investment opportunities for viability.
- Challenge the status quo and exceed expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Experience in sales.

**Compensation**:

- Base Draw of $60,000 and Uncapped Commissions.
- Management Compensation available through promotion.
