**About Us**: At Odds Bar + Bistro, we are dedicated to expanding our footprint across the great state of Texas. As we open new locations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. Our mission is to ensure that all new hires are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles and contribute to our company's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various new locations across Texas to conduct training sessions for new hires.
- Develop, implement, and update training programs and materials to ensure they meet company standards and objectives.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics including company policies, customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with local management teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Ensure all training materials and programs comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide support and mentorship to new hires during their onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to travel across Texas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
