Brightstar Care of Norwood is currently looking for Home Health Aids and CNA's that are ready to work and opened to **per diem** Our per diem model offers flexibility but also consistency. Brightstar care is not a traditional "on call" per diem home health agency and believe in the importance of connecting the right home health professional to the right client. We will also train those that are eager to work for us upon successful completion of our accredited CPR course. Base pay rate of $18 per hour with some urgent and critical shifts on a case by case basis offered at $20 per hour.

**What You Will Do**
- Work as per diem with a little more consistency than your traditional per diem positions.
- Provide personal and companion care to clients in their home
- Work on a schedule that fits client needs and your availability
- Provide caring and compassionate support
- Transport certain clients to appointments and specified locations

**Requirements**:

- CPR certified or willing to complete our in-house CPR certification
- Attend a two hour orientation during the week before starting
- Be flexible with hours and open to working weekends
- Have a valid covid 19 card
- Have auto insurance **in your name**:

- Have a valid drivers license
- Have an active CNA license or home health certificate. Experience may be considered over CNA license or certificate
