Store Detective - CCTV

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers.
- Engages customers, providing support and creating a positive shopping environment.
- Provides an effective deterrent to theft through customer engagement and a professional and knowledgeable presence.
- Observes accurate checkout procedures for customers and Associates.
- Communicates theft-related concerns to Store Management and Direct Supervisor
- Maintains an effective partnership with the clint and Direct Supervisor to accomplish work assignments and overall goals and objectives in relation to the stores SOP’S.
- Coordinates and completes theft-related activities in partnership with Store Management and your Direct Supervisor.
- Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
- Promotes safety awareness and supports maintenance of a risk-free environment.
- Follows through on commitments; accomplishes goals with minimum supervision.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**CCTV - Experience a Must**

**Pay Rate: $ 23.00 per Hour**

**Shift: Full Time - Thursday thru Monday: 9.45am/ 6pm**

Prosegur Security is looking for **Full-Time Store Detective - CCTV** for one of our Retail clients in the **Lake Grove - Smith Haven Mall** with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. **Qualifications**:

- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid state guard license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Excellent communication skills and good judgment
- Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- 1-2 years retail or security experience
