**Job Description**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our dynamic supply chain operations. This entry-level role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, with a focus on logistics coordination, efficient order fulfillment, and comprehensive inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Logistics:_
- Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring smooth movement of products between our warehouses.
- Schedule inbound shipments from vendors, manage delivery appointments, and handle loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation, including packing slips, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Negotiate with third-party logistics providers to secure better rates and faster transit times, and establish new international shipping routes.
- Distribution and Fulfillment:_
- Responsible for shipping finished goods to customers.
- Handle daily order printing and packing.
- Update our software system with shipments
- Arrange pickups with carriers such as DHL or FedEx.
- Inventory:_
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and conduct frequent cycle counts of raw and finished goods.
- Generate reports and present findings on shrinkage numbers, inventory value, inventory turnover rate, etc.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory software is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
