Director's Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Director in daily administrative tasks and coordination of activities.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Manage the Director's schedule and appointments, utilizing Outlook Calendar.
- Proofread and transcribe documents as needed.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences.
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for inquiries and visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
**Experience**:
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
