Whether you're an experienced baker or someone with solid back-of-house experience looking to expand your baking knowledge, we are excited to invest in your growth and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pastry Production**: Produce large volumes of pastries with exceptional quality and consistency.
- **Recipe Execution**: Follow and execute recipes flawlessly to maintain our high standards.
- **Dough and Batter Preparation**: Create a variety of doughs, laminate doughs, and mix batters accurately.
- **Cross-Department Assistance**: Collaborate with other bakery departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Physical Tasks**: Regularly lift and handle bags up to 50 pounds as part of the mixing process.
- **Food Safety**: Adhere to standard food safety guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Back-of-house food service experience is required; baking experience is preferred but not necessary.
- **Learning Mindset**: Willingness to learn and grow in the baking field, with training provided.
- **Food Safety Knowledge**: Understanding and adherence to standard food safety guidelines.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Pays close attention to every detail to ensure product consistency and quality.
- **Quick Learner**: Eager to learn new techniques and skills with curiosity and enthusiasm.
- **Self-Motivated**: Driven to excel and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
