**Job description**

**Millennium Dental Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to complete in-person work at their office location in Cerritos, CA.**
- TFG Benefits will be conducting initial in-person meetings in Newport Beach, CA._

**Job Summary**:
The HR Generalist will coordinate Human Resource activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
- Assist with the preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, maintaining files, termination, and other related duties.
- Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
- Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
- Maintains office supplies inventory.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Medium understanding of Human Resources duties.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years Human Resource experience.

**Physical Requirements**:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
