**Key Responsibilities**:

- Note: This list is not exhaustive and may include additional tasks as required._
- Deploy and set up workstations for remote and in-office users, ensuring they are equipped with necessary hardware and software.
- Conduct regular hardware checks to ensure optimal functionality of components such as hard drives, mice, and keyboards.
- Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system, addressing and resolving Level 1 & Level II tickets in a timely manner.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
