Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly - Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) or cash register - Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Follow all food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math - Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization.
