**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 7 years of Automobile Dealership Parts Manager Experience.
- Ability to effectively manage people and process.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Excel
- Reynolds experience a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train, supervise and motivate team
- Ensures that parts inventory turns at agreed-upon intervals.
- Analyzes sales, expenses, and inventory to maintain profit goals.
- Work with the Service Director to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
- Assist the Service Director in physical reconciliation of work in process at the close of each month end of business operations, as it pertains to parts charged to open repair orders.
- Enforce company policy on the special ordering of parts. Maintain an accurate special-order tracking system. Ensure that with management of special orders the performance is above company guides.
- Effectively implements new policies, procedures, and systems when necessary
- Provides technical assistance to parts department employees
- Responsible for daily reports
- Oversee parts and counter sales
- Comprehensive understanding of parts and inventory
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Pay: $64,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
