Sign Fabricator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling metal & Aluminum structures and components according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must understand how to build Signs of all kinds; Channel letters, Cabinets, Pylons, Monuments, and more.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and bend metal components using hand tools, power tools, and machines
- Weld or join metal and Aluminum pieces together using various welding techniques
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged standing

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Willis, TX 77318: Relocate before starting work (required)
