Garden Specialist

Full and part-time positions are available. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a friendly and efficient way. Attention to cleanliness, restocking, moving, loading plants, and selling merchandise is required for this job. This position requires individuals to work in an outdoor environment year-round.

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations.
Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants.
Maintain a clean garden by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds.
Provide guidance to management on matters related to the garden.
Restock garden center merchandise.
Assist customers with garden related questions and recommendations.
Learn and implement daily opening and closing procedures.

At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of plants and gardening techniques.
Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. + consistently throughout the day.
