Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Verify applicant information including employment, income, credit history, and assets
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, TILA, TRID and other relevant guidelines
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to gather any additional information required
- Coordinate with escrow companies, title companies, and insurance agencies to obtain necessary documentation
- Perform credit analysis to assess applicant's creditworthiness
- Prepare closing documents

**Skills**:

- Proficient in 10 key typing
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing processes
- Strong understanding of basic math principles
- Familiarity with credit analysis techniques
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, TRID and TILA guidelines
- Experience working with loan officers and escrow companies
- Understanding of FNMA guidelines and requirements
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year
