Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing projects to ensure that each task is done properly and on budget. You will be expected to perform the work, hands on along side your crew. **Must have extensive concrete, masonry, and grading experience. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and irrigation is also useful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead your team in daily operations.
- Assist in planning construction projects and efficient order of operations.
- Regular communication with your superior to report progress and project needs.
- Train new team members as needed.
- Communicate and oversee Subcontractors as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable transportation. Responsible for traveling to jobsites that will be spread throughout south Orange County.
- Previous experience leadership and running an efficient crew.
- Strong knowledge of construction elements including but not limited to; masonry, concrete layout and finishing, drainage, gas lines, electrical lines, irrigation, and planting.
- Basic knowledge of tools and their safe operation. Such as; laser levels, jack hammers, compactors, various saws, drills, and other handheld equipment. Experiencd with excavators and skid steers is a plus.
