On-site Staffing Specialist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as cold calling, leveraging social media platforms, and utilizing job boards to attract top talent
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of new hires and existing employees
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to stay informed about current recruitment strategies
- Assist with talent management initiatives such as performance evaluations and career development plans

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in contract staffing or HR sourcing
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as iCIMS, Kronos, Taleo
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
