Night Shift Caregiver

**Waters Edge Lodge is looking for a Caregiver/Med Aide for the noc shift**:
**Pay Rate
- $19.52 per hour until passing all Med Aide training and assuming Med shifts, then $21.52 per hour**:
**Noc shift caregiving shift is 10:30pm-7am, Med shift is 11pm-7:30am**:
The primary functions of on the noc shift are to:

- Assist frail elderly with activities of daily living (dressing, toileting, brief changes, showering, etc.)
- Administer medications
- Respond to residents' needs promptly
- React timely to resident pull cords/alerts

We are looking for a **full time employee**.
- Regular full-time schedule is 4-on, 2-off (works 3 days as caregiver and 1 day as med aide)
- On-call/PRN also available

Minimum qualifications are:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare environment
- Ability to speak English clearly to elderly residents
- Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals

Employment requirements include:

- current COVID19 vaccination
- Routine COVID tests
- Physical
- TB test
- Fingerprint clearance from the FBI & Dept. of Justice
