**Administrative Coordinator Job Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Policy and Procedure updating
- Organizes and keeps track of documents and records while maintaining HIPAA
- Maintains workplace cleanliness and company culture alongside the Administrator
- Handles regular administrative duties as assigned by Administrator
- Assists in communication and coordination between departments and external parties

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Effective communication and written skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, WORD and Excel
- Polished, business casual a must
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual a must

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
