Must be open for weekends

**Duties**:

- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure product dimensions meet specifications
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with company standards and FDA regulations
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Fabricate samples for testing and analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspections, test results, and other relevant records
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols
- Participate in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) activities to ensure food safety
