Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus safely
- Ensure students are seated properly and wearing seat belts
- Maintain order and discipline on the bus
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary
- Collaborate with the bus driver to address any issues that arise during the route
**Experience**:
- Ability to educate and manage student behavior effectively
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques
- Familiarity with special education needs is a plus
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.69 - $16.59 per hour
