**Summary**
The Visit Supervisor for Butte County Visitation services and provides oversight of visits, family time coaching, scheduling, facility upkeep, data collection and reporting for Visitation Services. The Visitation Supervisor helps to provide a safe, respectful, compassionate environment for families to visit.

**Education and/or Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Worker, Counseling, Child Development or related field required AND Experience working with “at risk” children and families.
- Experience interacting with families, community-based organizations, and county agencies.
- Contemporary understanding of children and the skills needed to facilitate their growth/development
- Knowledge of parenting skills and curriculum.

**The estimated base pay for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, additional individual compensation may be available. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefit program is available for qualifying position.**
