The primary purpose of the Flourishment Specialist within a nonprofit organization is to champion the mission, vision, and to empower community members to take steps out of poverty through fostering relationships. Their primary focus will be to build relationships with community members while connecting them to Attack Poverty programs and other assets within the community.

Connects families and community members to Attack Poverty programs and other assets within the community, assisting in paperwork, answering questions, and communicating project progress.

Mentors and assists families & individuals in setting goals, accountability, and addresses concerns.

Builds and maintains relationships with community members and partners.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
