**Location**: Charleston, SC Open to New Grads and Experienced Nurses Salary Start: $29.62/hour Start Dates: July 22, 2024; August 5, 2024

**Join Our Team**: We are inviting new graduate RNs to join our unique StaRN Residency Program, offering specialized training in Med/Surg units, including Oncology, Ortho, Trauma, Neuro, and General.

**Program Overview**:
**Part 1**: StaRN Training (5-8 Weeks): Classroom instruction, simulations, certifications, and training on charting systems. (Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week) Part 2: Clinical Preceptorship (7-8 Weeks): Hands-on training at the hospital with a dedicated preceptor, development meetings, and coaching. Part 3: HCA Residency (Remainder of 1st Year): Transition to full-time roles, with mentorship, monthly meetings, and an evidence-based capstone project.

**Requirements**:
Graduate from an accredited nursing school within the past year. Current SC RN license or multi-state compact license (or ability to obtain). Commitment to a 2-year full-time program, with potential financial obligations if not completed. Strong communication skills and self-motivation are essential.
