Servers and Dietary Aides are a very important part of the caregiving team and are supervised by the Executive Chef. We'll provide you with a clear understanding of your position to set you up for success.

Part-time

**Qualifications we prefer**:

- High school or equivalent
- Food Service Experience: 1 year

**Must haves**:

- Must enjoy meeting and interacting with elderly
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with resident and co-workers
- Must be well groomed and practice safe and clean food handling
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds from floor level to chest, stoop, bend, turn and stretch
- Must also be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time and assist residents as needed
- Assistive devices to prevent injury will be available, if required.

**What to expect day-to-day**:

- Assist in executing an elevated dining experience by coordinating serving food to residents
- Maintaining a clean dining room - cleaning after meal service and resetting tables
- Restocking supplies
- Assisting with dishwashing and other kitchen duties
- Some food preparation
- Communicating with residents in a patient, respectful manner
