**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Provides administrative office support, Front Reception Desk support and ensures proper mail and package distribution.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sort and distribute mail daily. Includes, but not limited to:

- Opening business mail for all departments targeting bills and checks.
- Delivery of packages to respective departments and Community Members as needed.
- Forward Community Member’s mail to responsible parties.
- Keeps a record of community member’s mail to be delivered to the Assisted Living Building.
- Maintains a file of what type of mail Community Members should receive (personal, business, etc.).
- Responsible for sending out mail/pkgs using USPS, Fed-Ex, and UPS as needed.
- Keep inventory of and restocks postage stamps on a continuous basis.
- Complete administrative tasks such as typing documents, letters, memos, etc. as needed.
- Order and restock office supplies weekly as well as oversee the ordering of all staff business cards.
- Complete department office supply requisitions.
- Oversee all department Xerox machines; maintain supplies, request technicians for repair.
- Update all changes to Community Member Directory, quarterly printing, and distributing.
- Cover the Front Desk for 10 min breaks, meal breaks regularly and fill in when needed.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**Full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm**

Due to California State regulations, we are required to have all our applicants pass a Background Check, Physical, and TB test.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
