SUMMARY

: Utilizes the nursing process to provide quality age appropriate nursing care to patients that is consistent with organizational philosophy, goals and policies and procedures.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**: BSN Preferred.

Graduate from accredited school of nursing

**Experience**: Must have at least one year of hospital medical-surgical nursing experience. Any RN with less than one year of hospital medical-surgical nursing experience or any new graduate RN will be hired into the hospital new graduate orientation program approved by the CNO.

**License**: Current New York State Registered Nurse License BLS Required

**Location**: Vassar Brothers Medical Center

**Work Shift**: 7a-730p every other weekend and holiday
