Overview:
UAS is an industry leader for over 50 years, in providing a loan servicing solution. Our loan servicing solution is enhanced and powered by UAS Connect, a platform provided by our fully-licensed loan servicer and TSI subsidiary, UAS. We provide loan servicing solutions for many different higher education institutions including asset managers, credit unions, universities and trade schools.

**Work Location**: This is a **remote/work from home** position.

**Compensation**: 120k+ starting salary

**Responsibilities**:
This position executes the product roadmap, ensuring it supports the goals and strategy of the business and reflects market intelligence and customer needs.
- Manages the technology lifecycle of new products, features or enhancements from conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review and release, including translating user testing and feedback into feature/function requirements.
- Meet frequently with internal and external customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs
- Ability to prioritize multiple feature requests and recognize when customer-specific requests should be turned into overall feature enhancements for the platform instead of one-off patches
- Rapidly formulate concrete feature designs that address needs and requirements expressed by internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborates with senior leadership, marketing, client, IT, legal and business teams to communicate results, ensure compliance with desired user experience and approve specifications and requirements for the look, feel and functionality of the Product.
- Solicit feedback from customers, IT, legal, and other teams. Iterate to achieve alignment around the final specifications
- Exceptional ability to articulate both product value and requirements to business and engineering
- Exceptional and demonstrable problem-solving and product design capabilities
- The position will be face of the Connect platform to internal and external customers and will be responsible for developing and communicating the technology Roadmap
- The position will be responsible for creating and communicating release notes and coordinating user acceptance testing and product demos

Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree with 3+ years related experience
- Must be passionate about building consumer and/or B2B facing internet products through user/data analysis and competitive/market-landscape analysis
- Record of delivering high quality products on time
- Strong mix of creativity, product instincts, technical acumen
- Maniacal focus on the user experience
- Significant business relationship building skills and comfort working in a matrixed environment
- Practical self-starter; motivated to learn and improve
- Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
- Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
