We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and compassionate leader who is passionate about early childhood education to join our team as the Administrator and grow into the Director role.

In this role, you will work alongside the Business Manager to ensure the day-to-day operations of our school in Houston, Texas runs smoothly while providing excellent care and education to our children. You will be responsible for developing and leading a team of educators while building strong relationships with our families and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate and inspire a team of educators to provide the highest level of care and education for our children.
- Build and cultivate a positive and inclusive culture within the school for our staff, children and families.
- Ensure the school meets all state guidelines for early childhood education.
- Foster a commitment to health, safety, and well-being of all staff and children.
- Continuously learn and understand essential functions of each position within the school to effectively manage and support the team.
- Support and collaborate on overall school management and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role in an early childhood education environment.
- Strong commitment to building positive relationships with staff, families, and the community.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A visionary and innovative leader who stays up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
