**Position Overview**:
As the Lead Registered Dental Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our patient care team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment while upholding the highest standards of dental care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide a team of dental assistants, fostering a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- Assist in the coordination of daily clinic activities, ensuring seamless patient flow and optimal use of resources.
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of dental procedures, with expertise in oral surgery, implant placement, CEREC, 3D printing, and orthodontics.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management for dental supplies and equipment.
- Act as a liaison between the dental team and administrative staff to enhance communication and streamline processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification.
- Proven experience in a dental assisting role, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in dental software and digital radiography.
- Experience with oral surgery, implant placement, CEREC, 3D printing, and orthodontics is a plus.
