**NICU Director Level III RN - Austin, TX**
**Salary**: $150,000- $173,000 base salary, bonus and relocation eligible

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends; includes rotating calls with managers.
- Lead a Level III NICU with a daily census of 75 and oversight of 99 beds.
- Direct the overall function, staffing, and budget monitoring of the NICU.
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Develop policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory standards to ensure efficient and patient-centered care.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
- Active RN license in Texas or a compact state.
- ❤️ Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS and specialized certifications like NRP preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within healthcare required.
