**Qualifications**:
1. Offered by properly licensed registered representatives through NYLIFE Securities (member FINRA/SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency, and a New York Life company.

3. Based on 2021 company data for 4,579 agents operating under our N9 and N8 Agent’s Contracts in all states, without persistency bonus, who were active as of December 31, 2021. N9 is the current contract for new financial professionals. N8 contracts were issued to new financial professionals prior to April 2004. Contracts determine your compensation and benefits.
