**Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategy for managing and resolving regulatory inquiries and investigations
- Represent the company in connection with regulatory inquiries and disputes, including supervision of outside counsel
- Collaborate with product, public policy and communications teams to develop and implement regulatory and policy strategy on important and breaking issues
- Represent the company in connection with regulatory engagement on emerging technology and legal issues.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 5+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm and/or in-house with experience representing companies in complex litigation, investigations, and/or regulatory matters
- Experience developing and executing legal strategy
- Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with consumer protection, privacy, and/or intermediary liability issues
- Experience working with internet and technology companies or regulators
- Experience advising business clients on product issues or developing areas of the law or managing investigations
